The Ocean People is referred to as 'we' and the buyer is referred to as 'you'.

Payment
Payment is made through Paypals secure online system. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
For Direct Deposit payments please email us on info@slicksanddecks.com

 Shipping

We generally use Australia post or Fastway couriers.
For international shipping we post with Australia Air Post. Some countries have import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 4 - 14 working days for international orders.

Returns and Exchanges

We will exchange a product if it is in its original condition and returned within 7 days. If you have changed your mind, picked the wrong size, don't like the colour or entered the wrong shipping address then you will be responsible for all shipping costs. It's impossible for us to hold all colours of every product listed on the site. If you order a product and we don't have the exact colour we will match it as best we can with what we have in stock. If there is a dramatic difference or an option for you to choose another colour we will let you know. 

Damages

If you receive your item and it has been damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Pricing

We will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear on the Site. We will notify you in the event of a pricing error. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order within a reasonable time.

Security and Privacy

We use Paypal for the checkout process, their encryption and security processes enable you to be confident that your personal details are secure.

Warranty

Many items have different warranty policies, please contact us if you have a problem and we will do our best to sort it out. Please note that no board manufactures cover creasing, stressing or bubbling. So please be careful with your boards and keep them away from heat.
